My PC crashed on New Years Eve; called to make an appointment but Nigel came round straight away and managed to bring it back to life and assess the problems. Very professional and friendly, puts customer first and would definitely recommend to anyone with a computer problem.

Had a broken hinge on my laptop so called Artistic Computer Solutions at lunchtime. Nigel diagnosed the likely problem over the phone, collected the computer an hour later and had it back to me the same evening. And all for a very reasonable charge! Highly recommended.

Unbelievable speed phoned and was round house within 30 mins and repaired in 20 mins. Also advised of few other improvements. Well satisfied, will use again should need arise.

An absolute brilliant service. Diagnosed and removed the Security Tool virus that caused my laptop to struggle opening any desktop files. Backed up all files and scanned system for any harmful viruses. Installed me a security software that's working excetionally well. Overall a brilliant service and will deal with again. 10/10

Had new RAM fitted. Nigel not only fitted RAM but also cleaned and tidied up the wires in the tower. Friendly and very helpful service. Would recommend.
